How It Works?



1. Complementary Consultation

We begin with a complementary consultation by one of our highly trained Board Certified Providers to make sure you are a candidate for our services. Medical History will be Reviewed and Symptoms will be reviewed as well. Your questions will be answered during this visit and labs will be ordered if you choose to move forward with our top of the line treatment program.

2. Comprehensive Assessment
This will be your first comprehensive visit and physical exam. Lab testing/interpretation will also be reviewed, which will tell your provider where your key hormone levels like estrogen, testosterone, progesterone, cortisol, and thyroid hormones are.

3. Customized Plan
Based on your results, we develop a personalized BHRT regimen. Treatment may include creams, gels, patches, pellets, or oral formulations.

4. Ongoing Support & Monitoring
We closely monitor your progress with regular follow-ups and lab testing to ensure your hormone levels remain balanced and your symptoms improve.

5. If you chose to add on our Concierge Program, you will receive your providers cell phone number for direct 24/7 access. Otherwise, you may use our portal for direct messaging.

What Is DUTCH Testing?

DUTCH (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) is an advanced, at-home lab test that provides a complete picture of your hormone health.
