About Susan
Susan relocated to Florida in 2009 and brings a broad clinical background spanning multisystem progressive care, oncology, and cardiology. She also served as a travel nurse during the COVID-19 pandemic, caring for patients in high-acuity environments at a critical time in healthcare.
She earned her degree with honors from the University of Texas and became a Nurse Practitioner out of a deep commitment to helping patients achieve optimal health—not just symptom control. Susan has a particular passion for bioidentical hormone optimization, shaped by both her professional training and her own personal journey with hormone replacement therapy, which began in 2004.
Susan understands how frustrating it can be for patients to feel unheard or to have hormone-related symptoms minimized or treated in isolation. At The Hormone Concierge, she is dedicated to listening carefully, educating patients, and creating highly individualized treatment plans that address the root causes of imbalance and support long-term vitality, confidence, and well-being.
